Banco de Reservas was awarded by LatinFinance magazine as Bank of the Year in the Dominican Republic and entity for SMEs in Latin America and the Caribbean, for its performance and support offered to that business sector.
The award ceremony took place in Miami, in the context of the Annual Assembly of the Latin American Federation of Banks (Felaban) 2025.

The general manager of LatinFinance, Taimur Ahmadpresented the recognitions to Alieska Díaz, Senior Executive Vice President of Administration and José Obregón, Executive Vice President of International Business and Corporate Governance.
For the award, LatinFinance highlighted Banreservas’ privileged leadership position in the market, as a result of its innovation and digitalization strategies. The prize of Bank of the Year for SMEs in the region was based on specialized services for that segment, highlighting digital programs, simplified access and broad commercial reach, as well as the impact on that important market.
