The Coordination of Investigations of Crimes Against Persons of the Cicpc-Churuguara (Falcón) arrested Fabiana Gabriela Franco Damiano (34) who to date has defrauded more than 14 victims with sanes to acquire motorcycles, the scientific police reported.
After conducting field investigations and technical-scientific expertise, they managed to locate and arrest Franco, who used the good faith of his victims to organize savings systems and scheduled deliveries of motorcycles, says the Cicpc in the report posted on Instagram. However, after receiving the biweekly payments, the woman did not deliver the vehicles, affecting the financial assets of her victims, according to complaints collected.
A telephone, a purse and a payment receipt book were collected as evidence.
