Fuerza del Pueblo strengthens its leadership with nine new high-profile leaders

Fuerza del Pueblo convoca marcha para el 30 de noviembre

Santo Domingo. – The match People’s Force (FP) announced this Wednesday the incorporation of nine leaders to your Political Directionamong whom are personalities with extensive experience in the public and military spheres of the country.

Among the new members, the former Minister of the Armed Forces stands out, José Miguel Soto Jiménezand the former director of the National Police, Pedro de Jesús Candelierwho strengthen the strategic leadership of the opposition organization.

The official statement indicates the incorporation of the jurist and intellectual Daniel Beltre Lopezcurrent general secretary of the FP in the National District; of the leader Xiomara Valeroformer candidate for senator for Espaillat; and of Lady Laura Fernandezwho competed as a deputy for constituency 1 abroad.

Juan Bosch’s former personal secretary also joins the higher political body, Diomedes Núñezalong with former senators Manuel Guichardo (Valverde) and Jose Rafael Vargas (Espaillat), in addition to the leader of La Romana Enrique Martinez.

Integration and structural strengthening

According to the People’s Force, all new members have been part of the organization since its foundingexcept for Soto Jiménez, who led the Fifth Republic Movementa group that was dissolved to fully integrate into the FP along with its political team.

The decision was adopted following a proposal presented by the Special Consensus Commissionempowered by the Central Management during its most recent virtual assembly.
