The Ombudsman requires Pedro Castillo to order the delivery of the record of visits to Breña's house

In fact, the Minjus instance maintains that various areas of the Presidential Office -the General Secretariat, the Activities Secretariat and the Military House- “have the obligation to have information regarding the identification of the people who meet with the president“, whether in the Government Palace or in other facilities, “on the occasion of official, management and even private activities,” recalled the Ombudsman.

The principle of transparency requires that in a democratic state it must be guaranteed that all information produced or possessed by a public entity is disclosed.”, indicates the constitutional body in the statement.
