He United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) evaluates integrating in a simplified manner, at the level of the National Directorate, the regional directorate of the states and the 335 municipal directorates, the functions of the 13 vice presidencies that exist to seven (7) secretariats, according to the proposal presented by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro Moros.
“So that these seven secretariats plus the secretary general, in the National Directorate, and the president, we form the Permanent Political Bureau of the PSUV, to monitor and conduct this situation and all situations,” said the head of state, when exposing this idea to the plenary session of the V Congress of the ruling partywhich takes place at the Bolívar Theater in Caracas.
During his participation in the session this Tuesday, the national president raised this proposal to the general secretaryDiosdado Hair, for the simplification and organization of these seven secretariats that can function in real time “and from there emanate greater effectiveness of action and political effectiveness for our revolutionary process.”
He commented that this proposal and others that he launched as part of the “brainstorming” method are made based on the situation, the great tasks and because he is convinced that promoting these transformations of the organic structure, to open the floodgates at the bases and the incorporation of leaderships that come to integrate the historical leaderships that exist in streets, communities and UBCH.
“What we are going to make is a leap in quality and a quantitative leap in the support of the people of Venezuela for their revolution and their revolutionary government,” he predicted.
