They prosecute subjects for carrying weapons

The Attorney General’s Office of the Republic obtained a connection to proceedings for Ernesto Enrique Cazares Ramos, Jorge Luis Manjarrez Rodríguez and Julio César Mancera Dozal alias Tortoisedue to his probable responsibility in crimes against health in the form of possession for commercial purposes, and carrying a firearm for the exclusive use of the Armed Forces.

The subjects were arrested in Hermosillo, Sonora, when they were aboard a vehicle, after a chase; On that occasion, they seized two stocked short weapons, 17 cartridges, two magazines, 1,415 fentanyl tablets and 50.2 grams of cocaine hydrochloride.

The Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Federation provided the evidence for a district judge to decree the connection to proceedings, preventive detention and a two-month period for complementary investigation.

In another case, a control judge determined the same actions against Juan Carlos de la Cruz Sánchez, Hernán Álvarez Estrada, Junior Reinaldo Hernández, Luis Antonio Pérez Varbery and Adolfo Vinicio Vázquez Pérez for their alleged responsibility in the crimes of carrying aggravated firearms and possession of cartridges and magazines, all for the exclusive use of the Armed Forces. His arrest was in Chiapas after trying to evade the authorities.
