Falabella denounces the discovery of three firecrackers in its stores during Halloween

The company indicated that the authorities are carrying out investigations into the case.

Falabella reported this Saturday that three low-power firecrackers were found in its stores in Bogotáduring the Halloween celebration. The discovery occurred in the stores of La Felicidad, Titán and Centro Mayor, in the country’s capital.

This was reported by the company, which also indicated that the authorities were informed of the incident and are carrying out the respective investigations.

In the statement Falabella points out that, “Between the night of October 31 and the morning of November 1, three low-range firecrackers were found in our stores of the Happiness Titan shopping centers and major center in the city of Bogotá”.

The company also reported that, “as soon as we learned of the situation, the authorities were informed, who have been present in the stores and have given a technical management of the findings and carry out the relevant investigations.

Therefore, he indicated that, “thinking about the safety of our clients, with the help of our expert teams and in coordination with the authorities, all the necessary protocols were activated to guarantee the safety of our clients and collaborators. “At this time all our operations are developing normally.”

Finally, the statement issued by Falabella states that, “We deeply appreciate the work of the authorities and administrations of the shopping centers with whom we maintain constant communication and will collaborate fully. “We reiterate that the safety of those who visit us and those who are part of our team is, and will continue to be, our top priority.”

Balance

For his part, the Secretary of Security of Bogotá, César Restrepo, presented in an interview with The FM the balance of Halloween night, highlighting the reduction in incidents in the capital, the behavior of motorcyclists and the figures on mobility, accidents and public order incidents recorded between October 30 and 31.

The official reported that, despite the positive balance, sanctions were presented for non-compliance with the temporary measure. “There were a number of people who did not follow the rules and had to be sanctioned,” he explained. According to the data reported until midnight, 830 summonses were registered for non-compliance with the temporary rule and 540 vehicles were immobilized.
