Three members of a criminal gang dedicated to extortion were captured on Aragua Avenue, Maracay (Aragua), according to a report collected.
Due to the multiple complaints against the criminal group, the Anti-Kidnapping and Extortion Division of the Bolivarian National Police designed an operation to capture the criminals. In that sense, he arranged a meeting with one of the victims and thus took advantage of the moment to proceed with his capture.
When the day arrived and the site was agreed upon (adjacencies of the Metropolitan Park, Maracay) the officials took their positions. And when the subjects arrived, they were given a package prepared with the alleged currency that they were demanding from the victim.
The detainees were identified as Jennifer Magsum Alí Aguilera (31), Alí Vivas Nasir Guillermo Rancces (19) and Saidel Azuaje Maikel Oswaldo (28), who were handed over to the Public Ministry where they opened procedure MP- 182507-2025 (Sixth Prosecutor’s Office of Aragua), explained the judicial source.
A Chevrolet Épica vehicle, license plate AH065IA, and three cell phones used to commit the crimes were seized from the subjects.
