San Carlos Barracks and Plaza 4F are recovered in Caracas

As part of the Seven Transformations Plan (7T), a comprehensive recovery day was carried out at the San Carlos Barracks and Plaza 4F, located in the Altagracia parish of Caracas; The work included painting public lighting poles, unclogging the central fountain drain, deep cleaning and collecting mixed waste.

The intervention is part of the urban beautification actions that seek to revitalize historical spaces and guarantee optimal conditions for citizen enjoyment. The technical crews carried out weeding and general maintenance work, in compliance with the guidelines established by the national government, in coordination with the Caracas Mayor’s Office.

Simultaneously, a special operation was carried out in the 23 de Enero parish, aimed at reinforcing road safety in school areas. Through “Caracas Sonríe”, it contemplated the complete renewal of the demarcation in areas of high pedestrian traffic, with active participation of the Popular Power Solutions Brigades.

Likewise, the authorities of the Mayor’s Office of Caracas reported that these actions represent a direct investment in the protection of children and the tranquility of families. The technical deployment made it possible to optimize signage on streets adjacent to educational centers, with the aim of strengthening safe mobility in prioritized sectors. The community brigades continue carrying out their work in different parts of the city, in coordination with the Popular Power.
