Massiel Aurora Pellicer Pérez, denounces that a process is currently being carried out to sell three helicopters, which are part of an inheritance to which she is entitled once her husband Clemente Silva Lezama, who died on March 20, 2021, has died. Such complaints are reflected in file FP11-V-2022-000295 that rests in the Juvenile Judicial Circuit of Puerto Ordaz (Bolívar), to which we had partial access.
“Despite having two final rulings that declare me heir, they continue to exclude me from all inheritance matters, just as they have done since the day my husband died,” says Pellicer Pérez in the complaint.
Pellicer Pérez warned that the negotiations for the sale of the helicopters are carried out “under the protection of decisions of the courts of Puerto Ordaz (Bolívar).” In that sense, he recalled that one of those courts in the state of Bolívar admitted a lawsuit for division of inheritance filed by the two eldest children of the deceased Clemente Silva, “without well-founded reasons, since I have never refused to talk with them in a cordial and friendly manner.”
The complainant said that the court that admitted this lawsuit practically removed her and her daughter from the administration of the assets, consisting of five companies, two of them dedicated to the area of aviation, that provided services to the public and private sectors.
«The companies invoiced a good amount of money. According to people who know the business, the year of my husband’s death, 2021, they invoiced more than 2 million dollars. Same for 2022 and 2023, a figure close to 1.5 million dollars. All that money was stolen by the plaintiffs under the protection of decisions of the Puerto Ordaz courts. “In 2023, the companies closed,” described Pellicer Pérez, who added that until now it has been impossible for him to obtain justice, due to the commitment of the Bolivarian Judiciary to one of the parties in this conflict.
