A total of five homes were robbed in just one week, and due to the way they entered, everything indicates that they were the same people. Two of them were caught in flagrante delicto, after entering a police officer’s house last weekend.
Thefts. They occurred last week, however three of them were recorded on video surveillance cameras installed by residents of the Centro neighborhood, in the Pilcomayo district.
“On Friday, October 24, a neighbor filed a complaint, on Saturday, the 25th, another neighbor reported and showed the same people and on Sunday, the 26th as well, another neighbor ended up confronting the thieves who entered his house and when he wanted to escape, they threatened him with a knife, but since the owner is a police officer, he managed to hold them back.”reported one of the neighbors.
“The cameras show that they are the same people, they took 5 thousand soles in cash, laptops, televisions and other valuables. The two detainees have a criminal record,” they added.
The detainees are Salvador Aldo Pérez Torres (27) and his brother APT (17), both with complaints to the Police. The affected neighbors protested in front of the Public Ministry yesterday morning, demanding prison for the detainees, fearing that they would become victims again.
