Chez Migu expands its horizons and lands with its proposal of French gastronomy in Bogotá. The initiative It has an investment close to $1.8 billion and is part of its expansion strategy after consolidating in Medellín.

Behind the project are María Luisa Penagos, Juan José Aramburo, Sebastián Garcés and Eduardo De Greifffounding partners who have developed a concept focused on the comprehensive experience, which focuses on good cuisine, a well-kept environment and friendly service.
The new establishment It is located at Calle 65 #4-05in the town of Chapinero, and offers a more intimate format, with capacity for 75 people distributed between the main room and the piano area.
Added to this is the incorporation of live music, guest singers and theme nights.

The menu also preserves the most representative dishes of Medellín, such as Café de Paris sauce, baked brie cheese, rotie aioli with house potatoes and a selection of desserts that are already part of the identity of the place. On average, the cost per person is between $150,000 and $160,000.
“We wanted to bring to Bogotá a place with its own identity, where people feel comfortable, celebrate and return. Chez Migu is that: a space to enjoy around the table”point out its founders.
With its arrival in the capital, Chez Migu expects to serve more than 300,000 unique guests in its first year, with sales projections exceeding $3,000 million and the generation of 14 direct jobs.
According to the partners, this step is the beginning of a process of expansion to other cities in the country and even abroad.
