The United States government will cancel, at its discretion and without the need for a criminal conviction, any visa when there are “signs” that its holder participates in criminal activities, represents a risk to its national security, there are indications of involvement or support for terrorist groups or if it remains longer than allowed in that country, reported the spokesperson for the embassy in Mexico, David Arizmendi. Through a video on social networks, he highlighted that the suspension will be when those reasons exist, regardless of whether the owner is an individual or a public official of a government, where he lives or what his political opinions are.
