Military agents arrested four members of a criminal gang dedicated to kidnapping in the state of Bolívar.
According to reports, the arrest of the four criminals (two men and two women) was carried out by officials of the Bolivarian National Guard assigned to the National Anti-Extortion and Kidnapping Command (Conas) in a special operation carried out in Villa del Sur, Puerto Ordaz (Bolívar).
The subjects are accused of participating in the kidnapping of a 16-year-old teenager who was rescued on October 13 by Conas officials. The young woman was kidnapped since Friday, October 10, when she was leaving the Costa Granada shopping center, located in Puerto Ordaz (Bolívar).
According to a report published by the Bolivarian National Guard, the “assertive investigation” that allowed the rescue of the young woman avoided the payment of the high sum in dollars that the criminals demanded in exchange for freeing the victim.
This information issued by the military component was accompanied by a video showing the young woman being received by family members.
Improper access
In another procedure, the Cicpc reported on the capture in El Tigre (Anzoátegui) of José Luis Solórzano Márquez (19), after proving his responsibility in the crime of improper access.
Solórzano, using the trust of his neighbor, asked him to borrow his mobile phone to improperly access the victim’s bank account, where various payments were made to his own bank account through the mobile payment method. During the procedure, a cell phone used to commit the criminal act was collected as evidence.
