TSJ swore in four judges for Caracas

The Supreme Court of Justice swore in four new judges for the Caracas Metropolitan Area, according to sources in the judicial system.

Among those sworn in is Lisbeth Yelipza Hernández, who assumes the 32nd Court of First Instance of Mediation, Substantiation and Execution of the Judicial Circuit for the Protection of Boys, Girls and Adolescents of the Judicial District of Caracas and National International Adoption.

Nelson Pinto (Agrarian of First Instance Caracas and Miranda) was also sworn in; Yudith Colmenares (labor competence) and Gerson Barajas (Protection of Children and Adolescents).

These new judges were sworn in by Juan Pablo Torres Delgado, presiding judge of the Judicial District of the Metropolitan Area of ​​Caracas, on behalf of the highest court of Venezuela. The event took place at the headquarters of the aforementioned judicial district located in the administrative building of the National Assembly, corner of Pajaritos, Caracas.

At the time of taking the legal oath, the presiding judge Torres Delgado invoked the memory of the aboriginal ancestors and the founding fathers of Venezuela, Simón Bolívar at their head. ”You are invested as judges of first instance,” said Torres Delgado to complete the oath.
