The chief spokesman for the United States Department of War, Sean Parnell, announced this Friday the 24th that the deployment of the Gerald R. The operations – under the supervision of the Southern Command – will be aimed at interrupting narcotics trafficking. The deployment, the War Department insisted, complies with Trump’s guidelines “to dismantle transnational criminal organizations and counter narcoterrorism.”
