The incident occurred around 7:00 pm at the Petroperú tap, located on 9 de Diciembre Avenue and Arterial Avenue, when four subjects got out of a white truck with red stripes, identified themselves as members of the Terna group and forcibly took the driver away, leaving their red vehicle with license plate B51-374 at the scene.

Minutes later, a woman returned to the tap and handed the car key to the attendant, assuring that “someone would come pick it up.” However, when no one showed up the next day, the worker decided to notify the authorities.
