The Cultural Pass 2025 is consolidated as one of the main public policies aimed at strengthening citizen participation in the artistic field. With a contribution of $50,000, the program seeks to ensure that young people and older adults Chili can access a wide variety of cultural goods and services. The amount is deposited in an Electronic Pocket linked to the BancoEstado RUT Account and can be used both in person and online, allowing you to buy tickets to shows, purchase books or support local creative endeavors.
The 2025 Cultural Pass delivers $50,000 to young people and older adults in Chile
The benefit is aimed at two specific groups of the population of Chili: youths who turn 18 during 2025 and older adults who reach 65 years of age in the same period. In the first case, they must be within the most vulnerable 40% of the Social Household Registry and have Chilean nationality or permanent residence. In the second, you must be a beneficiary of the Universal Guaranteed Pension (PGU).
The two requirements to receive the 2025 Cultural Pass in Chile
- Young people under 18 years of age: must enter the Ventanilla Única platform with Clave Única, complete the form and activate the benefit if they meet the socioeconomic requirements.
- Adults over 65 years of age: must access the site ChiliPlease enter your RUT and date of birth to verify eligibility and activate the Cultural Pass.
- Both platforms were designed to offer an agile and secure application process, with the support of technical teams from the Ministry of Cultures.

Once approved, the money is loaded into the “Cultural Pass” Electronic Pocket, available within the BancoEstado app and website. With that balance, the beneficiaries of Chili They can pay for activities or cultural products, from movie and theater tickets to books or crafts, at participating businesses. The amount is valid for 12 months from its deposit, so it is recommended to use it within the established period so as not to lose the benefit.
