The chilling event spread quickly on social networks, where videos show the woman lifting the remains of the deceased with complete tranquility while other people watched in astonishment. The images have generated rejection, curiosity and debate among Internet users, who question how it was possible for the scene to occur without the immediate intervention of the authorities.

According to local media, the protagonist of the incident would be a relative of the deceased, who allegedly stated that the body needed to be “cleaned” and “dressed again.” However, those present stated that the woman acted erratically and out of character, so they immediately notified the Police and the cemetery administration.

The municipal authorities and the Police have already started an investigation to clarify the facts and determine if the woman could face sanctions for violation of the grave, a crime classified in the Colombian Penal Code. Meanwhile, the scene continues to circulate on platforms such as X, Facebook and TikTok, where it has generated all kinds of comments.

On social networks, many users have shown outrage at the disrespect towards the deceased’s rest, while others have pointed out that the woman could suffer from a mental disorder or have acted under a strong emotional disturbance.
