The body of a 68-year-old man was located in the Las Vegas sector, Libertador municipality (Palo Negro), Aragua.
The body corresponds to Ramón Alirio Sandio Mora, who had dismembered his hands, a foot and his penis, according to reports.
Neighbors from the aforementioned sector observed the body on Monagas Street in Las Vegas and reported it to the police authorities, who cordoned off the area until Cicpc agents arrived to remove the body.

In another incident, three subjects were killed in different procedures carried out in Aragua. One of the operations occurred in the Los Tanques sector, Ezequiel Zamora municipality (Villa de Cura), where a member of a criminal gang was killed, who confronted the police commission patrolling the sector with a firearm.
A similar procedure was carried out in the Los Angelinos neighborhood, Simón Bolívar municipality (San Mateo), Aragua, where agents of the Bolivarian National Police killed Ángel Eduardo Aponte Heredia (El Flaco) last Friday.
This subject is accused of participating in the murder of police officer Lionel Alejandro Ruiz Otálvora, who was attacked with long weapons while patrolling through sectors of San Mateo, early last Thursday, the report states.
And in the El Caro sector, San Francisco de Asís, Ezequiel Zamora municipality (Villa de Cura), Cicpc officials confronted members of a criminal gang, one of whom was killed and identified as Luis Joan Rivera Bandez (28), the minutes say.
The different police and military security agencies are after the location in Aragua of criminal groups that were recruited for actions of violence for political purposes.
