The person arrested was identified as Joel Michael Rojas Moya (40), who a few months ago regained his freedom after serving a sentence for robbery. The property’s security cameras recorded the moment the subject entered with another accomplice, who managed to escape before the arrival of the security guards.
Rojas Moya was not unknown to the authorities: in 2022 he was captured by residents of Villa Huaycha, Sincos, when he tried to steal objects from another home, and was then identified as the leader of the “Los Techeros de la Margen Izquierda” gang.
