The general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, during his weekly program Con El Mazo Dando, updated the plans of the extreme right to continue attacking the government of President Maduro and the movements they carry out from abroad to promote and try to justify attacks against the nation. On this occasion, he highlighted the efforts to increase pressure on Colombia.

Attack Venezuela by land
📌After not having obtained the approval of Donald Trump, María Corina Machado decided to change tactics and asked Marco Rubio and the Undersecretary of State, Christopher Landau, to intensify the political lobby, to convince him that the time has come to attack Venezuela by land.
📌He warned that María Machado continues to seek external support to carry out destabilizing actions in the country, “but everyone tells her that she must organize some internal force and that she must follow the pattern that worked in Libya (…), but she is still very far from that and the Pentagon knows it.”
He also noted that indirect attacks have already begun, and that in the coming days pressure on Colombia will intensify. “They seek to break the spirit of President Petro, who more than six months ago was warned that John McNamara, chargé d’affaires of the US embassy in Caracas, was plotting to carry out a coup d’état.”
📌He assured that with Álvaro Uribe acquitted, they intend to disappear Petro, either physically or with a coup d’état. The CIA is negotiating with drug traffickers and drug paramilitary strongholds to strengthen an internal guerrilla that will end Petro’s government and then go after Venezuela. «They try to do the same in Venezuela, only the opposition does not exist, so they are capturing the crumbs that remain from the criminal gangs.
📌Cabello explained that the alleged attack on Colombia would have two strategic objectives: “to take unnecessary ground to attack Venezuela and restrict China’s influence in that country.”
📌He denounced that the United States has drawn up a strategy called “vital triangle”, which includes Panama, Colombia and Venezuela, with the purpose of limiting China’s presence in key ports and areas rich in energy and mineral resources essential for the region.
📌María Machado was responsible for sending the false news to spread, about an alleged negotiation between Executive Vice President Delcy Rodríguez, the Government of Qatar and the United States, which supposedly agreed to a regime change in Venezuela.
Attempt to sabotage canonization of Venezuelan saints
📌María Corina Machado would have tried to send Edmundo González to the Vatican with the intention of starring in a political act during the canonization ceremony of Dr. José Gregorio Hernández and Mother Carmen Rendiles. He indicated that the trip was suspended at the last minute after Pedro Urruchurtu, coordinator of international affairs for Vente Venezuela, failed to get the Vatican to guarantee González protocol treatment as head of state, nor for Pope Leo XIV to receive him in a private audience.
📌Machado tried to instrumentalize the canonization of Dr. José Gregorio Hernández and Mother Carmen Elena Rendiles for political purposes, turning an act of faith and national unity into a show of political personalism. Sectors of the radical opposition have criticized the attitude of Machado, who sent his “international commando” to the Vatican facilities with slogans of hate and acts of political proselytism, disrespecting the solemnity of the event and the sacred spaces of the Catholic Church.
📌He assured that Machado is responsible for the attacks and the escrache that Ambassador Roy Chaderton suffered in the Basilica of the “Sacro Cuore di Gesù” during the preparatory mass for the solemn act of canonization. Likewise, he highlighted that Machado had also ordered the attack on the mayor of Caracas, Carmen Meléndez, as part of a media provocation strategy, which he could not achieve.
They continue to plan actions against peace
📌A group of political extremists, communicators and public figures, involved in the planning and support of plans of violence against the country, participated in a video conference with María Machado, among whom were: Justo Navarro, Magaly Meda, Edmundo González Urrutia, Omar González, Andrés Velásquez, César Pérez Vivas, Roberto Enrique, Melanio Escobar, Nelson Bustamante, Pakriti Maduro, Rodrigo Di Amanti, Carla Angola, Marcel Rasquín, Idania Chirinos, Jesús González, Miguel Herrera, Gladys Rodríguez, Kevin Silva, Mayra Campos, José Ernesto Hernández, Goiceder Azúa, Sergio Novelli and Jorge Glen and warned that these types of meetings respond to a coordinated agenda from extremist sectors that seek to undermine the national stability, in addition to warning about the use of digital platforms to articulate actions against peace with hate speech.
Rubio goes against Trump
📌 Rubio intends to “end” Trump and the situation internally is complicated, after the protests that have been registered against the American president, where at least seven million Americans show their discontent with his policies. “While the empire is consumed inside, they seek to focus and divert attention with threats to attack our country.” Rubio wants to remove Trump so he can be president in 2028.
