On a deportation flight of 208 migrants, which left from El Paso (Texas, USA), a seven-year-old girl who Venezuelan authorities claim was “kidnapped” in US territory was returned. The Ministry of the Interior noted that the Maduro administration “will continue the search for all the necessary mechanisms (…) to guarantee the return of Venezuelans and family reunion,” despite “the geopolitical conflicts” with the United States.
This Tuesday, the 22nd, Venezuelan authorities received a deportation flight from the United States with 208 migrants, including a girl who was separated from her parents in that country.
The seven-year-old girl Osmary Perdomo was returned on the flight that left from El Paso, Texas, bound for the Maiquetía international airport, according to the Ministry of the Interior, Justice and Peace in its social networks.
«These US immigration policies constitute an act of violation of human rights and coercion against fellow citizens; “In them, the inhuman coldness of that country towards Venezuela is evident,” claimed the Ministry, headed by Diosdado Cabello.
A few days ago, Minister Cabello denounced that 78 Venezuelan children are “kidnapped” by Donald Trump’s administration after having been separated from their parents in detention or deportation processes.
