The Specialized Prosecutor’s Office for Organized Crime (Femdo) obtained a conviction of more than seven years in prison, in an abbreviated procedure, against José M. for crimes against health in the form of possession for the purposes of trading marijuana, cocaine hydrochloride and poppy seed, as well as possession of firearms, cartridges and chargers for the exclusive use of the armed forces.
According to the investigation file, the man sentenced today was arrested in May 2024 during a search carried out by elements of the Federal Ministerial Police, in coordination with the Secretariat of National Defense, in a property located in the Aeropuerto neighborhood, in Chihuahua.
In addition, they seized 229 grams of marijuana, 34 grams of poppy seeds, 274 grams of cocaine, three short firearms and one carbine type, 223 cartridges, seven magazines and three scales, among other objects.
