Officials from the Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigation Corps (Cicpc), attached to the Machiques Municipal Delegation, captured Yohandri José Guevara Herrera, 30, for stabbing a man in the state of Zulia.

The event occurred in the Santa Ana sector, Libertad parish, Machiques de Perijá municipality in the state of Zulia.
The victim was rescued and is currently being held at the Nuestra Señora del Carmen II Hospital; His state of health is reserved.
