In the session of the Congress of Mayors held in Montevideo on the 16th, the Mayor of Colonia Guillermo Rodríguez proposed that, within the framework of the commemoration of Colonia’s 30 years as World Heritage, the Congress would meet in Colonia.
This proposal was approved unanimously and the session was set for December 11.
