Venezuela will continue complaints against the US before international entities

Venezuelan diplomacy will continue with complaints before international bodies regarding the prolonged military aggression exercised by the United States against the Homeland, as indicated this Monday by the representative to the National Assembly, Ilenia Medina, in an interview with the program “Into the air”which broadcasts Venezolana de Televisión (VTV).

Furthermore, he indicated that ““Venezuela asked for an investigation,” and that talks are being held until the end of this month with the International Criminal Court (CIP) to denounce the murders of fishermen in the Caribbean Sea.

On the other hand, he pointed out that the United Nations Security Council “can also determine if what is happening is an act of aggression,” and that on October 24, a debate will take place in said multilateral body, in which all UN member countries can participate.

Likewise, he condemned Caribbean countries such as Trinidad and Tobago, due to their degree of responsibility in ceding their territory to Anglo-American forces to carry out extrajudicial executions against civilian ships.

Regarding this debate, it foresees the participation of the Group of Friends in Defense of the Charter of the United Nations, as well as the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) and the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America (ALBA-TCP).
