A tragedy occurred in the Baruta municipality of Miranda state, where a person lost their life due to a fire that consumed part of a multi-family home.
The General Commander of the Caracas Fire Department, Pablo Antonio Palacios, officially reported that the fire spread quickly within the building, specifically affecting the library area and two rooms.
After receiving the notice, firefighter personnel mobilized immediately, carrying out intense work to extinguish the flames and cool down to prevent the fire from spreading to nearby homes.
Unfortunately, despite the efforts, one person died in the accident.
Currently, the competent authorities have begun the respective investigations and expert reports to determine the exact causes that caused the raging fire. Security forces urge the population to check their electrical installations to prevent similar events.
