Tacna: Thieves take 20 thousand soles and artifacts in the absence of owners

A gang of “robacasas” thieves acted again in the last few hours in the Gregorio Albarracín district. A family was affected by crime in the association 28 de Agosto II Etapa de Tacna, a population sector where two weeks ago a resident surprised thieves in his home and ran the risk of being shot by one when trying to confront them.

This time the criminal act occurred in a building on block 7 and the complaint to police officers from the Gregorio Albarracín police station was made by the merchant Reyna IC, after recovering from the unpleasant moment of verifying that her property had been violated and searched.

They searched the bedroom

The complainant told the agents that after work she returned to her home in the company of her relatives and one of her daughters realized that the main entrance door was ajar and showed evidence of having been forced or violated.

Later that same daughter went to her mother’s room and found that the clothes and other things from the house were piled up on the bed and scattered on the floor, which showed that they had searched the furniture in the bedroom.

They took the savings

Reyna IC reported that when she checked her belongings she verified that cash for S/ 10 thousand had been stolen from her, which was the product of her savings. The thieves had also taken another similar sum (S/ 10 thousand) which was what was saved by his grandmother Margarita QQ (91) and various appliances.
