The banks multiple Popular, BanreservasBHD and Promerica; savings and credit bank Fihogarand the associations Popular savings and loan and Cibao were valued by their users as having the best digital tools, according to the Ranking of Digitization of the Banking Sector 2025, prepared by the Superintendence of Banks (SB).
For this type of clients, the People’s Bank is the best in digitization between the financial intermediation entities (EIF) of the country, receiving 99.38 points. This is followed by Banreservaswith 96.66; he B.H.D., with 96.37, and Promericawhich was awarded 91.30 points.
Meanwhile, the functionalities, innovations and digital channels of Fihogar They were rated by their users with 87.75 points. This was followed by the associations Popular (86.61) and the Cibao (80.89 points).
Business segment
