Was arrested this Friday a third party involved in the shooting death of the witness in a judicial process for homicide, which occurred on August 26 in front of the Palace of Justice of San Francisco de MacorisDuarte province.
The detainee was identified as Antonio Yhosue Morel Artiles (Yoshue el Balbú), who serves as dais bailiff of the Court of Appeal of the Judicial Department of the aforementioned city.
The Public Ministry reported that Morel Artiles was arrested during a joint raid with agents of the National Police carried out at his residence, after investigations that link him to the murder of the young Luis Gustavo Grullón De Aza, who was known as “Nini”, 23 years old.
In the next few hours they will know the measure of coercion
The judicial official will be presented before the courts in the next few hours for the knowledge of measure of coercion.
With his arrest, there are three people detained in this case. Last week, a court imposed three months of preventive detention to the accused Ricky Alberto Hernandez (el Goldo) and Winder Jaime (Disconfianza), while the process was declared complex.
- According to the preliminary accusation of the Public Ministrythose involved would have participated in the ambush which cost the life of Grullón De Aza, who died from multiple gunshot wounds to the right cranial region, with an occipital exit.
The defendants face charges for violation of articles 59, 60, 265, 295, 296, 297, 298 and 304 of the Dominican Penal Codewhich typify and sanction the association of evildoers and the murder.
