This is the case known as the “First Flight” within the framework of the Condor Plan for repressive coordination of the dictatorships of the Southern Cone. It refers to the kidnapping and subsequent transfer to Montevideo of people after having been tortured in the clandestine detention center in Buenos Aires, Automotores Orletti.
This Friday, March 11, the military officer Antranig Ohanessian and the police officer Ricardo Medina, who are in Domingo Arena, were to testify.
Chargonia told TV Ciudad that “there was a first summons to testify on February 22, in the framework of the investigations carried out by Judge Silvia Urioste, but that day the Ministry of the Interior communicated that the two defendants who were to testify did not they could be transferred from the Domingo Arena prison, because they lacked a police cell phone.”
