What cars can’t circulate this Thursday?
According to the official calendar must remain parked:
-Vehicles with green stickers.
-Cars with plate termination 1 or 2.
-Vehicles with hologram 1 or 2.

The following are exempt from the measure:
-Vehicles with hologram 0 or 00.
-Electric or hybrid cars.
-Vehicles with hologram 1 or 2 that do not have green stickers or plates ending in 1 or 2.
Will there be a Double Not Circulating Today?
No. This Thursday it has not been declared Double Today Not Circulating, since there is no environmental contingency. The restriction will only be the usual one.

The program operates in the 16 municipalities of Mexico City and in 18 municipalities of the State of Mexico:

In Toluca and Santiago Tianguistenco, the measure applies from Monday to Saturday for vehicles with hologram 1 and 2 from July 1, although fines will begin to be collected until January 1, 2026.
Fine for non-compliance
Not respecting Hoy No Circula can be expensive. The sanctions range from 20 to 30 Measurement and Update Units (UMA). In 2025, each UMA is equivalent to 113.14 pesos, so the fine can range between 2,262 and 3,394 pesos, depending on the authority that imposes it.
