According to Major Edgar Monje, head of the Protection and Special Services Section of the Valle Police Department, lThe young people were found in good health and were under the protection of the Colombian Institute of Family Welfare (ICBF).
“In light of the facts presented on October 3 of this year, where they report the disappearance of two teenagers 15 and 17 years old in Palmira, I allow myself to inform you that in coordination with the National Police with its specialties and the Attorney General’s Office, the young women were found in Palmira,” he said.
