No. This Wednesday, no environmental contingency has been activated in the Valley of Mexico, so the program remains with its normal rules, without additional restrictions.

The restriction operates from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and is mandatory in:
Mexico City: the 16 municipalities.
State of Mexico: the following 18 municipalities:

-Chimalhuacan

In addition, from July 1, 2025, the measure also applies in Toluca and Santiago Tianguistenco, from Monday to Saturday, for cars with holograms 1 and 2. In these areas, fines will begin to be collected until January 1, 2026.

Driving on a restricted day can cost between 20 and 30 Measurement and Update Units (UMA), that is, from 2,262 to 3,394 pesos, depending on the authority that imposes the sanction.
