With resolution No. 799, the manager of Transit and Transportation of the Provincial Municipality of Huancayo, Jorge Quispe Avila, declared the request for regular transportation service on unsaturated roads, in the form of M2 rural van, in favor of Néstor Chávez Romero, as manager of the Chasqui Transportation company. The official acknowledged that the aforementioned road includes the La Cantuta bridge, which is not yet operational. The document is from July 8.
In the resolution, it is mentioned that the outward route from San Pedro de Saño, Central Highway through Hualhuas, San Agustín de Cajas, El Tambo, Quebrada Honda, Avenida La Cantuta, Puente Comuneros 3, Pilcomayo, continues through the Circunvalación, Independencia, Las Américas, Leoncio Prado Avenue, Coronel Parra Avenue, with the final whereabouts on Colonel Parra Avenue at the height of the Eternidad bridge (Huancayo-Chupaca provincial boundary).

The document mentions that the start of operations is within 30 days from the issuance of the resolution and after having met the requirements under warning of canceling the route authorization to provide the transportation service.
The leader Néstor Chávez acknowledged that despite having the authorized route, his rural trucks still do not circulate on the bridge. He pointed out that operations will begin on Monday, despite the fact that the authorization dates back to July 8 and more than 30 days have passed since the deadline to operate.
