UTE and Antel allow you to choose the due date of invoices
UTE and Antel users can adapt the expiration of their electricity, telephone and data bills to their convenience, as long as they are not enrolled in automatic debit.
UTE customers can select the due date of their monthly electricity bill that is most convenient for their household finances.
When this service is requested, the user is automatically added to the digital invoice if they were not previously subscribed.
Individual clients with residential rates and who are not subscribed to the automatic debit or the real estate shipping method can choose the expiration.
When requesting a change in the invoice due date, it should be taken into account that it could affect the consumption period. The first bill under the new due date could cover a longer or shorter consumption period than usual.
The chosen expiration request can be made on the UTE website with the account number and identification document. Also in their commercial offices or through Telemanagement.
ANTEL INVOICE
Antel also offers the possibility of changing the expiration of the telephone or data bill. In this case the procedure is carried out through the internet.
There are three periods available for the new expiration date, from which you can choose the one you prefer:
- From the 1st to the 10th of each month.
- From 11 to 20.
- From the 21st to the end of the month.
Depending on the period chosen, you may receive one more invoice with the due date unchanged.
Likewise, the billing period of the first invoice with the new expiration may be greater or less than 30 days.
The service is not available for customers who pay their bills through the automatic debit system with credit cards or official customers.
