The national commander of Coastal Surveillance of the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB), G/D José Ismael Torrealba Silva, highlighted that thanks to social intelligence work carried out together with fishermen who work in the Mochima National Park, between the states of Anzoátegui and Sucre, it was possible to stop the theft of boat motors in the vicinity of said recreation place, which resulted in an increase in economic and tourist activity due to the security that is guaranteed in that recreational site.
Likewise, he indicated that the surveillance deployment carried out both on the beaches of Naiguatá, Los Caracas, La Sabana and Chuspa, in La Guaira, and in Carenero, Puerto Francés and Chirimena, in the state of Miranda, is guaranteeing the climate of tranquility that merchants and tourists who spend the night in those places require.
On the other hand, he highlighted that thanks to the protection work of the women and men of the aforementioned security body, shipping activity increased on the islands of La Tortuga, La Blanquilla and in the bay of Puerto La Cruz, while security operations are carried out in the Los Testigos and Los Frailes archipelagos.
“This success has been the result of the awareness of our men and women who listen to us, and we must achieve it with great effort,” said the national commander of Coastal Surveillance of the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB), G/D José Ismael Torrealba Silva.
Media narrative against the Government
During the fifteenth broadcast of the program “National Anti-Drug Superintendence With You”, which is broadcast on MIJP Radio Multimedia, the national commander of Coastal Surveillance of the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB), G/D José Ismael Torrealba Silva, denounced that the media narrative against the Bolivarian Government is the reason why there is a discredit to the detriment of Venezuela in the fight against drug trafficking.
In this sense, the major general of the aforementioned security body described as a fictional story the accusations that link the nation with illicit drug trafficking, which constitute an infamy that is used to justify a US military invasion that would affect Venezuelan sovereignty.
