The Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) dismantled two camps in the Amazonas state and arrested two people.
The FANB Operational Strategic Commander, G/J Domingo Hernández Lárez, informed that the first camp was dismantled in the indigenous charity of the Atabapo municipality. There they confiscated 1,200 liters of gasoline, eight 13 HP water suction engines and an electric plant.
In the procedure, a Venezuelan citizen and a Colombian citizen were apprehended who remained at the order of the Public Ministry.
On the other hand, in the Mata de Palma sector they located another illegal space and seized two mining changes, gasoline and diesel fuels, an electric plant of 3,900 AMP, 25 carpets used as sieve, 20 bags of polyethylene and a surucent -type mining bat, among other implements.
Likewise, within the framework of the operation “Fragmentary Order No. 15-25 Binational Zone of Peace No. 1”, FANB members made the apprehension of Emilio Segundo Castillo González, Yonathan Iván González, Ely Saul González Ipuana and Leonel Enrique Ramírez for the crime of resistance to the authority and illicit carrier of firearm.
In the operation carried out in the San Andrés sector, José Ramón Yépez parish, Jesús Enrique Lossada municipality, Zulia state, seized five shotguns of several calibers and a 38 mm caliber rifle, uncurked cartridges, cartridges belts, five base radios and portable radio loaders.
