The opposition leader María Corina Machado said on the afternoon of this Tuesday 7 that “we have entered another phase, to the resolution phase”, in reference to her plan of a “regime change” through an ordered transition in the country.
“Venezuelans have learned a lot to unite the points, and to understand the implications each of these actions that accelerate every day that passes,” said Machado, who is in hiding, in A video Postaled in social networks.
The leader has made different calls to the administration of Nicolás Maduro to “accept the defeat” of the 2024 presidential elections and initiate – with the opposition sector that leads – negotiations that guarantee an orderly transition. In those dialogues, he said, several aspects such as the release of political prisoners are included.
