Willians owns one of the most expensive law firms in the country and has become known for boasting on his social networks a luxury life.
He worked with Maurício Camisotti and Antonio Carlos Camilo Antunes, the INSS Baldpointed out as the main operators of the corruption scheme.

The vehicles were seized in a mall of Brasilia and were sent there, a day before the operation without discount, triggered on April 23rd last year.
“Against Fernando Cavalcanti does not weigh any investigation of fraud involvement with the INSS. There was no concealment, no bad faith. In addition to the cars, several luxury clocks were also seized at the businessman’s house and wine cellar, valued at over $ 7 million.
The CPMI rapporteur asked Cavalcanti’s equity evolution, which before joining Nelson Willians’ office in 2017, worked at the São Paulo Legislative Assembly, as a parliamentary advisor, earning just over $ 5,000.
“In 2017 I was coming from the Legislative Assembly and had an asset that was not even $ 100,000. In 2025, I do not know how to speak excellence. My equity is in the declared income tax, but it is information that I do not want to talk here,” he replied.
“We have already seen movements of the Lord with Nelson Willians of millions of reais and the Lord with Camisotti also of millions of reais. I will bring to CPMI this example of success that is the Lord,” said Gaspar.
The president of the board, Senator Carlos Viana (Somos-MG) said that the statement shows that Cavalcanti’s defense, is using the CPMI space to set up the defense strategy

Viana said Cavalcanti is part of what she classified as a mafia, with contacts with politicians, civil servants and other authorities.

According to the investigation, the association is allegedly controlled by “oranges” linked to Mauricio Camisotti. In 2021, the members’ contributions were R $ 135. In 2022, the amount jumped to R $ 14.9 million in 2022 and going to R $ 91 million in 2023.
