Within the framework of the Fragmentary Order operation No. 15-25 Peace Binational Zone No. 1 the capture of four subjects in the Zuliaque state carried armaments and ammunition were achieved.
The information was detailed by the Commander of the Strategic Operational Command of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (CEOFANB), Domingo Hernández Lárez, through their social networks, where he indicated that these people identified as Emilio Segundo Castillo González, Yonathan Iván González, Ely Saúl González Ipuana and Leonel Enrique Ramírez were apprehended in patrol work that took place in the sector San Andrés, José Ramón Yépez parish, Jesús Enrique Lossada municipality.
During the operation, rifles and shotgun -type firearms were seized several calibers (12,16,20), as well as cartridges, cananas, base and portable radio.
The four citizens were arrested for the crime of resistance to authority and illicit firearm.
Hernández Lárez recalled that only the State can possess and use weapons of war, becoming the property of the Republic that exists, are manufactured or introduced to the country without the need for compensation or judicial process.
