Gabriel Boric is now officially President of Chile. After the investiture in which he received the position from former president Sebastián Piñera, the former Magellanic deputy became the youngest Head of State in the country’s history.
After the ceremony, Sebastián Piñera complied with the protocol and proceeded to leave the Hall of Honor of the Valparaíso Congress accompanied by his wife Cecilia Morel and his team of ministers to head towards the capital.
