Dina Boluarte makes recommendations to vote in front of Minister who could be a candidate

After the already known autoelogy to his management that he usually offers in each of his speeches in the face of the obvious lack of popular affection, President Dina Boluarte takes a few minutes to talk about the general elections, recommend the profile that a candidate should have, and alert citizens about the importance of their vote.

He does it in front of the Minister of Health, César Vásquez, one of his most faithful and servile officials, and – or, chance – a potential candidate in the elections on April 12.

“Let’s see who we confess our vote so that they are sitting in the Chamber of Deputies and Senators,” says the president, while listening carefully, standing to her right, the head of the Minsa, who, unlike several of her cabinet companions, has publicly expressed that she does not rule out participating in the next elections. An unnecessary situation that could lead to bad interpretations. Minutes before, Vásquez, undeniable Apepista, offered a farewell and thanks flavor message. Boluarte praised his management and said that “he gave the size as a minister.”

In the anniversary ceremony of the Ministry of Health, and speaking more than it should, a foolish head of state warns that “denial voices will disguise themselves as good lambs and will go out with the speech out there, to offer gold and the Moor.”

The president asked to bet “for the good Democrats who do want the country, who do want their development.” “The leaders who are worth not lead their team to the defeat or the ravine,” emphasizes Boluarte, who was a partner of presidential iron of the Democratic, radical and coupter Pedro Castillo.

“What the president does is not decent,” summarizes José Tello, a specialist in electoral issues, Boluarte’s speech.

“It is not decent. She or anyone from the government can issue political opinions about ideology or candidates. They simply have to say that the Peruvian people choose with total freedom among all positions, but attentive.

Tello recommended Boluarte and company stay away from the campaign and let the elections move depending on the candidates. “They are already exit, stop worrying about a transition.”

Next Monday 13 expires the deadline for public officials who want to participate in the general elections to renounce their positions.

Ministers Morgan Quero, Education, and Daniel Maurate, of work, ruled out being candidates, while César Sandoval, of Apepista affiliation, said that he evaluates that possibility and that he will depend on the president.
