After the already known autoelogy to his management that he usually offers in each of his speeches in the face of the obvious lack of popular affection, President Dina Boluarte takes a few minutes to talk about the general elections, recommend the profile that a candidate should have, and alert citizens about the importance of their vote.
He does it in front of the Minister of Health, César Vásquez, one of his most faithful and servile officials, and – or, chance – a potential candidate in the elections on April 12.
