According to statements from some of the attendees, the clandestine party was summoned in social networks for the inauguration of what was intended to be a new space for the sale and consumption of alcohol aimed at young people and high school students.

On June 7, 2024, capital authorities evicted and closed a bar located on Madero Street, number 20, in the historic center where an event called “Vocafest” (Vocational Fest) in which at least eight minors were intoxicated by adulterated alcohol intake.
On June 14 of that same year, elements of the Police of Mexico City and the Institute of Administrative Verification evicted the “Salado dog” bar located on Xocongo 193 Street in the Transit neighborhood, also in the Mayor’s Office Cuauhtémoc, a few blocks from the Historic Center.
This site operated with overcrowded and constantly made events and presentations of rap and reggaeton singers and there was no alcohol restriction to minors.
