Venezuela and San Vicente and Grenadines strengthen fishing ties with Blue Alba

The signature of the memorandum contemplates among its actions: fishing training, acquisition of boats for tuna fishing in the Caribbean, among other points

Venezuela and San Vicente and the Grenadines signed Memorandum of Understanding to strengthen cooperation in fishing matters within the framework of the Blue Alba initiative.

At the Pescalba headquarters, located in the city of Cumaná, Sucre State to the East of Venezuela, the signing of the aforementioned memorandum was made which contemplates among its actions: fishing training, acquisition of boats for tuna fishing in the Caribbean, research and technical collaboration, among the most relevant points.

The information was announced by the Bolivarian Alliance for the peoples of Our America-Treaty for the Peoples (ALBA-TCP), through a publication on its Telegram channel.

For Venezuela, the Minister of Popular Power of Fisheries and Aquaculture, Juan Carlos Loyo, signed while by San Vicente and Las Grenadinas, signed the Memorandum, the Minister of Agriculture, Silviculture, Fisheries, Rural Transformation, Industry and Labor, Saboto Caesar.
