The Attorney General of the Union (AGU) asked this Friday (3) to Platforms that operate social networks the adoption of measures to curb the misinformation and blows involving the proofs of the Unified National Public Competition (CNU)which will be held next Sunday (5).
The crafts were sent to Google and Goal, a company that controls Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp.
AGU recommended the removal of eventual misleading advertising and illegal applications that mention CNU. The agency also wants the removal of posts with misuse of the logo and links Federal Government officers.
The Attorney General of the Union argued that the measures are necessary to combat possible frauds during the exam period.
“Such practices exploit the vulnerability of thousands of subscribers and their families, compromise informational security and weaken social confidence in legitimate public policies, such as entry into public service through a national public tender,” said AGU.
Next Sunday (5), 760 thousand candidates are expected in 1,294 test places across the country. In this year’s edition, CNU offers 3,652 vacancies, in 32 federal public administration bodies.
