The Central Bank of the Dominican Republic (BCRD) will celebrate the Economic and Financial Week 2022 (#sefBCRD), from Monday, March 21 to Friday, March 25.
The event, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., will offer virtual talks, educational games and conferences, among other activities, aimed at financial education and training for students, teachers and the general public.
The entity reported that this is the activity with the greatest scope of the “Central Classroom for economic and financial education”, belonging to its institutional social responsibility program. The event is integrated into the economic and financial week of “Global Money Week”, coordinated by the “Child and Youth International” foundation, which year after year has achieved resounding success worldwide. The objectives pursued by the #sefBCRD are to promote the development of economic and financial education in the Dominican Republic; show the advances and challenges in this matter.
