The Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, rejected the intrusion of American combat planes in coasts near Venezuela, which described as an attempt to intimidate the people.
The highest authority of the Public Ministry indicated in a transmission by VTV, that the United States for “one side refers and says that there will be no more acts of maritime intrusions based on drug fight, which will be terrestrial”, but the Minister of Defense, Vladimir Padrino López, denounces the Presence of American combat planes on coasts near Venezuela.
Saab also stressed that the US special envoy for Venezuela’s affairs, Richard Grenelll “has said, that he represents the spokesperson for peace and dialogue, that is the one that must be imposed.”
Similarly, the Attorney General called the Caribbean countries to join and not allow the peace to be undermined in the region.
Saab recalled that the National Government has been constantly fighting drug trafficking and reiterated that in Venezuela there is no illicit substances or passage.
“Venezuela has demonstrated … with the arrest of more than 200 drug dealers in recent times, that is, Venezuela to international criminal cooperation against drug trafficking,” he emphasized.
