The Judiciary clarified that there is still no anticipated termination hearing date for the case of the doctor accused of child pornography, who was released by the Public Ministry after completing the seven days of preliminary detention, being arrested during a raid on Tuesday, September 23 in the Castilla district.

Meanwhile, it was the prosecutor Martínez who proceeded to request the liberation of the accused of child pornography and not the Judiciary, under the argument that has reached an early termination agreement with the detainee, for which the date of early termination hearing is not yet known.
This situation also generated the malaise of the police that, despite the pornographic material found in the home of the surgeon, was given his freedom.
It should be noted that the surgeon was arrested on September 23 when he left his work, after two months of investigation by the police, where he was found child pornographic material, which was seized to determine responsibilities.
